Continued from The story so far -17- 18.12.2008

Monday 09 February 2009 - The beginning of St. Edmund returns to Bury St. Edmunds: Ned returns with Ben.
Arrived at Cornhill Walk shortly before 7.30am. Spent much of the day setting up and organising the exhibition. Happy that reaction to Ben's wood sculpture was very positive today. I was informed this morning that the Mayor had confirmed for Sunday 15 Feb.'s song activity. By 3pm I was informed some one was deeply offended by my Rude Word Painting so had to remove it and then I was informed the Mayor had cancelled attending on Sunday.

Tuesday 10 February 2009 - Dog tired, but here is Ben Dolphin Bench and my John Constable behind...

Sunday 15 February 2009 - The official launch of the My Name is Edmund CD at Cornhill Walk. Deputy Mayor of Bury Margaret Charlesworth attended and a photographer from the Bury Free Press was present. Barry Jones arrived to play snare and bass while Richard Clark came from the Shrubbery recording studios to record the event. Students from St. Edmund' s Primary School sat on Dolphin Bench next to Witold to lead the chorus backing...

Monday 16 February 2009 - Good photo and article in the East Anglian Daily Times about yesterday's activity....

Completed "Young Nelson"...

18 February 2009 - Completed 'Frank at 92' who I met on a shoot at Elveden Estate. It isn't every day one gets to meet a man 92 years of age. Here he is wearing a cap....

Friday 20 February 2009 - Completed Thomas Paine Study 01. This was just for fun; a study before up-coming Diss and Thetford gigs.

Nilay sent photos from Istanbul showing representatives of The Istanbul Foundation for Culture and Arts standing in front of my paintings at The Marmara Business Centre. They never call me!

A shot of the posters on sale at Cornhill Walk....

The final weekend I began Nelson's lover Emma, but she'll have to wait until later to be finished off....

The view looking out from my desk....

Ben comes in on the last Sunday....
